Transitions animations enable young people within CrossReach's learning disability service to tell their story.
Animations were used to give the stories longevity.
The videos are made using Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro. The backgrounds of each scene were designed in Illustrator so that there was a resemblance to the physical location of the service.
